Wow...they might not be as stupid as dallas fans, but they're pretty dumb and annoying i saw this on jazzfanz.com...they're calling out the BBS. apparently some of them are registering here and posting here. http://jazzfanz.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=22441 "roxgirl" is over there representing, but she's by herself. i dont want to embarrass this site by registering on jazzfanz and talking smack. that thread pisses me off. i think we have some of the best fans even though we see a lot of stupid threads on here. i dont know where this belongs. Certainly not in the GARM....maybe feedback? I just wanted people to see this crap... I hope we beat their asses....I'm starting to hate utah more than i hate dallas...lets go out and ****in WIN GAME 5 AND FINISH IT OFF ON THEIR HOMECOURT...
NOTHING GOOD CAN COME FROM READING OPPOSING FAN BOARDS.. We love our teams more than rational people should. Reading other fan boards and getting into flame wars isn't going do do anything but just annoy you even more.
Jazz fans have every right to gloat. The Rockets deserve it. We have looked attrocious in the last two games.
I must admit that if I were an outsider reading the GARM for the first time last night, I might think we were pretty stupid too.
yeah man honestly theres stupid people that never post anything until we lose a game and they decide that it has been bestowed upon them to inform the entire rockets community that they have come to the conclusion that we need to fire our head coach RIGHT NOW, as well as trade McGrady, sign free agents, and they usually include their extra professional analysis of why Rafer Alston sucks, which no one sees coming. Without these experts with say 5 posts in the last 7 years making threads there would be almost no input!! omg!!!
Going onto a Jazz board and starting crap is about as stupid is going onto lets say a Texans 2007 draft thread and restarting the old Reggie Bush debate.

Seems to me they are alot like Rockets fans. Fans are fans. They see conspiracy in EVERYTHING. I registered. The reality is that we have 22,000+ members, well over half of whom are active (i.e. posting and/or lurking) and JazzFanz.com have under 2,000, not even 10 percent of the sheer numbers we have here. That's just a fact. The kind of bandwith this site requires during the playoffs is akin to what a HUGE website gets on an average day with dozens of servers whereas Clutchfans only has 1. In order to make the site usable, Clutch has to limit resources and access as it gets busier. If he didn't, NO ONE would get in.
Jeff, any member of this board who doesnt recognize the contributions of Vernon Maxwell, Ralph Sampson, Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley deserved the axe!

Im sure you could phrase it better than I, but if I give in to the temptaion and register to post there, this is waht I would say. 1) Registration has not been open except for short periods in a long time...got nothing to do with keeping jazzfan trolls out of here. 2) During high traffic times (such as after a bad loss) anyone that isnt a contributing member cant access the board, again...it aint got anything to do with keeping jazzfans out. 3)I havent seen schwa post here in ages, yet he claims to have recently lost access to here....maybe that is cause you arent a contributing member schwa ? 4) Well, Malone and Stockton did suck if you are a Rockets fan in the late 90s...so what is your point? Im sure yall had bad things to say about our team after we took yall out
Yeah, I feel the same way. I decided not to try after seeing how they don't want to listen to rational explanations and would rather flame away. Where's the fun in reason and logic?
