Sounds fair so far, other than he should be found guilty of the lesser (reckless) manslaughter. I personally hope his punishment includes jail time, but no more than a year. Evan
They need to lock'em up for theft.....errrr.....nevermind, that was his freakin' contract right before he got injured. So what have we learned here boys and girls. If you have money, you can get away with murder and tampering with evidence. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet! The judicial system..........I'm Lovin' IT!
No more than a year of jail time? Sorry, I haven't kept up with this case, but did he murder the limo driver or was it someone else? I'm not talking about the lawyer technical jibba-jabba. Was it he that killed the limo driver? Was it he that attempted his best to cover all this up? If it was, then why would you want him to spend no more than a year in prison?
his new childs full name i believe was named whizdom, thats right WHIZdom and thats the spelling i heard it a couple of days ago on a radio station here and they could not believe it either.
Yep, and I'm sticking by it. He, and everyone other than the driver, was drunk. He had zero intention of doing anything harmful. He was showing off his shotgun trying to be a bad ass, didn't have a clue that it was loaded, and set it off by accident. He wasn't in his right state of mind. He did nothing maliciously. He should be punished. He doesn't deserve life, or anything close, for what he did. He made a horrible mistake that will haunt him his entire life. BTW, it's most likely that the jury will ask that he only recieve probation. That they did not find him guilty on either manslaughter count tells me they were overly sympathetic. Evan
