Jay Williams was selected to replace Ray Allen's spot. So this World's might be preview of Number One vs. Number Two. Would love to see Ming SWAT a shot or two of Jay's SHOTS!

Look OUT JAY! Here comes MING!

Well I dont think it would happen. How often do you see a 6'2" PG attempt to make a shot with a 7'6" center in his face?

Remember Steve's first 2 seasons? He always tried to dunk over people (Zo, Mutumbo etc....), you never know if Jay will try to come out and show something, but Ming won't let that happen anyways.

if williams plays it probably won't be anything more than garbage time, so i doubt he gets a chance to have ming throw his shots. :)

ray allen goes down. wally, houston, and jordan turn down the offer to replace him.

i cant believe that they couldnt find an NBA player that would want to join the olympic team and win a gold medal.

cat would be a better selection than jay, let alone steve!

my thoughts exactly smoothie! Steve, a proven player and starter for the All-Star team (yeah, I know it's popularity, partly) and a rookie! Hmm....you shouldnt even have to think about this. The only reason I wouldn't want Steve to go is because he may get injured. I also think it would be cool to Steve go up against Ming, I can't imagine what would happen. I'd definitely take Cuttino over Jay any day of the week. Maybe Cuttino isn't well known enough, YET, to get the credit he deserves. But, I know I won't be complaining when someone goes down with an injury and I'm saying, thank goodness that wasn't Steve or Cuttino.

I doubt that Williams will get much playing time. He is going to be a bench warmer for team USA.
