in college, at least, jason was much better than jarron but now jarrons startin good mins 4 the jazz and jasons ridin the bench on the nets. hes their 3rd back up center. we cud really use a guy like jason collins at center. id like 2 c us trade a back up point guard and a draft pick 4 him. i think itd work out real well
No. Collins is a journeyman, you don't trade for him, you sign him or players like to a minimum contract in the offseason.
Maybe if we trade Eddie Griffin, they'll trade us Collins, Jefferson, and Armstrong. Eddie must be a headcase anyway.
Are you saying trade Moochie AND a draft pick for Jason Collins? You must be talking about Tierre Brown.
a.) He hasn't proven he's better than his brother in the NBA, and that's all that matters. b.) Where would he get minutes? Not ahead of Cato, KT, or Griffin, in the least. Likely not ahead of whatever TMo and Willis get. c.) What do you propose we give up for a million/yr player, a backup PG? Considering Franchise's migraines, that's the last thing this team needs to give up. A swingman? NJ doesn't need them. d.) Considering past injury troubles, specifically with his back, he's no lock to ever stay healthy for a long period of time. So....why!?
Am I the only one who thinks that this statement is funny? You mean to tell me that you think Collins is better than Collins?!!?! Get real! Collins is WAYYY better than Collins. I wouldn't trade Collier for Collins, but if it were Collins I would even throw in Langhi
