I thought everyone would like to know that Mr. Collier scored 22 points tonight.

You never thought you would see that now did you...

What's funny is that Creampuff and Przcszsczibila ended up on the same team, after being traded for each other from two comletely different teams...

He did show flashes of brillance when he was with the Rox. I remember how he scored on Shaq in a few ocassions with his dark lightning (invisibly quick) cut to the basket and his precisely accurate midrange jumper. I always thought that if he did not look so fat and got all those injuries, he would have been a decent backup.

I thought he would have fit better on a team that runs the offense the Rockets run now.

Someone who can set the high screen and roll.

I wish he was still on the Rockets, he is a servicable big man.

Aren't the hawks supposed to be tanking? Just show you that Collier can't even tank a game properly :D (Apparently the rest of the hawks can't either)

only bad thing about having the #1 pick this year is that there is no clear #1 like Yao Ming or Lebron James.

gonna have a little more Kwame Brown guess work.

You're exactly right. Big, bulky body for setting screens and he could hit the 15 footer consistently.

Are you okay man? I normally agree with everything you say DD, but that's just crazy!

    Man, you too?

The only thing Collier ever did consistently was get injured and sit on the end of the bench.

I'd take Thomas Hamilton over Collier.

Why should they tank? Anthony Telfair? Maybe I am missing something but there are no Bron Brons, Duncans or Melos in the next NBA draft. Also many of the current members of this Hawk team are playing for another contract.

    Wow.

Now I know how Portland must have felt when they let Jermaine O'Neal get away from them.

I hope Jason Collier doesn't stand up when he pees.

Him and Stephen Jackson. Real superstars, those two.

Please keep in mind that this was against the Wizards, who are barely a NBA team as it is. 5 Hawks players scored more than 20. It's the first time that's happened in 11 years (they just said that on Sportscenter).

Collier was, after all, a first round pick. Probably he just needed some playing time that he never got here. Same thing may be said about Nachbar some day.
