This might be a repeat thread I have no idea. But for a guy who would love to be bought out or traded, I have mad respect for him being prepared to play when needed.

He does the dirty work, pretty decent defender and just makes a small impact the way Chuck Hayes does for this team. Chuck has really improved no doubt but I love the team effort tonight, especially from a guy who rarely gets an opportunity to be nothing more than a cheerleader for his team on the bench.

Jeffries is not a bad player. He does what Hayes does on defense. He's not as smart as Hayes on offense though. Thankfully, Adelman went to him and not Hill at the end when we needed a stop.

Absolutely "the scrub" made the most of his opportunity tonight, and appreciating it is a logical thing to do lol.

Appreciation hasn't been easy to give out this season.

I say make sure he plays in the 3rd especially ....we have our usual offensive breakdown and he could help us keep it close with some defense

Jeffries really deserves more PT as long as he doesn't shoot the ball.

As long he don't take a single shot, he is a good player.

Hill played with his usual inconsistency, one hot flash of potential and one boneheaded turnover a game. Not surprising that Hill couldn't handle Shaq down low, though, tough matchup going in.

Shows what going out with a TOUGH defensive mindset can do. It sets the TONE for how the game should be played. Kevin Martin for all his efficiency sets a 1st quarter tone and is diminishing returns as the game goes on.

I have always thought that Jeffries should get more playing time. His offensive woes probably stem from his lack of minutes. With the proper playing time, i think he can take over Brads minutes. Yes, i know he can be traded at any time now, but he is too good of a defender to just let waste on the bench. Ecspecially when we need him.

I think he genuinely like the Rockets and want to be here, but he is hardly getting any playing time and it's his contract year. He has to think about his future.

Van Gundy played no offense Chuck Hayes in his rookie year. He played Ryan Bowen, he would love to have JJ

Use this guy instead of Miller. +15 in 12 minutes, tonight's unsung hero.
