In the minutes after the New York Giants sealed a 21-17 victory on Sunday night, James Harrison took to Twitter to offer his insight into the game. Like any professional hater still hung up on events of five years ago, the Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker referenced the infamous Spygate incident in which Patriots coaches were accused of illegally taping other teams. Harrison is fortunate that the old idiom isn't about the lack of prosperity amongst unrepentant headhunters. Because judging by this year's results, they don't win either. Early Monday morning, Harrison expressed surprise that his trolling tweet didn't get more attention. "Wow!" he wrote. "I didn't even trend with that, come on people love or hate me more! edit:I'm an idiot for putting a "d" in the word "an."
Yeah, I don't understand that one bit. The Patriots won when they were cheating. Now that they are not cheating, they are losing. Moral of the story: Cheaters win. Ryan Clark on the other hand:
Isn't Harrison the guy who gets flagged for illegal plays more often than damn near anybody? Who is he to call out cheaters? And it's not like the Patriots stopped winning after 'spygate'. Dudes look really petty.
Am I the only one that thinks this reeks of jealousy? You shouldn't be saying things like this when you can't even beat Tim Tebow in the first round. At least the Patriots made the Super Bowl. They beat a team the Steelers failed to beat twice. They also crushed a team that the Steelers failed to beat (if we're talking strictly playoffs). Also, how are you calling someone a cheater when you are constantly getting fined and whining about it. No wonder Steelers fans are so obnoxious.
I'm going to echo someone in the comments of that link. Harrison says something idiotic. News at 11. Definitely threadworthy.

but nobody remembers the superbowl when the steelers won against seattle, was one of the worst officiated super bowls. that superbowl should get an asterisk as well.
