Kevjumba has come a long way. I remember watching him when he had like 300 subs. sitting in his room in Texas. That old stereotypes video, I thought he was clever and funny. Now his stuff isn't quite as good. Weird how youtube users, who basically talk into a camera have been able to have many doors open because of that.
Hey at least Kevjumba is putting the money that he made from his fame towards charity on his channel Jumbafund, you have to at least have some respect for that.
Oh for sure. I think contributing to charity is one of the best things a person can do. And I still think he is funny and clever, maybe just not as much as his early vids. But I certainly like his channel. I guess I just meant, when youtube first started I would have never guessed that it would become such a venue for people to gain such opportunity. You see some who have gotten signed to major music labels, tv cameos, involvement with celebs. Etc.
The Internet is a great way to get your stuff out. Whether it be ideas, comedy, etc. YouTube just amplified that ability to a certain extent.
