Jalen Rose: Batum is much better than Parsons

i hate batum, but he's right.

I watched Batum all year. Too many games to mention that he was a non-factor. Capable of great all around play but very inconsistent.

he also makes $12X Parsons.

 

Uh oh....... He shouldn't have gone there. It's over for Blazers tonight.

 

parsons will drop 40 tonight. book it.

 

Parsons was also a nonfactor in every single game this season...on defense.

 

Parsons needs to use this as motivation.

 

Jalen Rose is a big Blazers rider since he picked them to make the playoffs before the season started and he's been proud of that pick since. He picked the Blazers to win this series before the playoffs started.

 

Pretty boy is not going to like it. I expect him to put more gel on his hair tonight!

 

They both have been disappointing this series. That was a match up I was looking forward to. Parsons was great in game one and Batum in game three.

Now all we need is for Stephen A Smith to mention that he doesn't even know who Chandler Parsons is.

 

I expect Parsons to walk through the catwalk a lot more aggressively in his buffalo jeans.

 

Batum is a better player than Parsons but not nearly as cost effective. Parsons is much more Moreyball friendly.

 

Rose says the series is over: Portland wins.

 

Parsons really stuck his foot in his mouth with that boneheaded comment coming off a LOSS of all things. Rose is right though. At this point Batum is the better all around player. I hope all this teaches Parsons a good lesson. He's gotten too cocky for his own good. Just go out and let your play do the talking.

 

Parsons should of just said he is the sexiest SF in the series instead.

Batum for 12 million or Parsons for 900k - not too hard to figure out there.

 

trying to be confident is bad I guess. Regardless Parsons is better, ive watched both players. Batum is stepping up right now, but hasnt in the past. Though to batums credit, its playing better when it counts other then parsons. Parsons is in a slump, he will come out of it, and be one of the contributing factors of houstons success beating the Blazers

 

Guy like Parsons, probably uses a wax. Gel is to messy.
