Why is it that my taste buds are always numb after taking Jaeger shots the night before? Does the Jaeger literally burn your taste buds? I haven't been able to taste a thing all day, which has now become commonplace after going out.
You sure it's from the Jaeger? I'd bet it has more to do with being in a smokey environment and it messes with your sinuses, which can block your sense of taste and smell. It happens to me sometimes. A few times it has lasted for more than a week, which really really sucks. I'd walk around picking up anything I could find and try to smell it. I drank quite a bit of Jaeger last night and I can still taste. Unfortuantly I drank so much that everything I taste makes me want to puke.
LOL. Maybe you should've taken some Jaeger bombs instead of drinking it straight. My problem is exclusive to Jaeger, not smoke, since Austin doesn't allow smoking in bars.
I don't know about the taste buds thing but jaeger is the ultimate creeper on me. Take 3 shots and I feel fine until 30 mins later it hits me all at once.
Whats in that? I usually take bull blasters, but I like Jaeger by itself as well. Good stuff, but yeah it does really creep up on you.
