The movie is getting horrible reviews but I thought these pics were worth a second look for my hangout friends.
If the movie bombs, I hope that it doesnt ruin Kevin Smith's Jersey Girl which is headlined by these 2, but that wont come out till Feb, so Gigli should be fresh out of the minds of moviegoers. Not bad I say, but the infamous green dress is still the best.
In one scene J.Lo, 33, tries to seduce Affleck, 30, by laying on a bed and telling him: "It's turkey time!" When he asks: "What?", she replies: "Come on, gobble, gobble." One reviewer said: "There was J.Lo with her legs wide open trying to look sexy and then she opens her mouth and spoils it! It was possibly the worst line ever said in a movie."
This movie will get blown away by American Wedding. Some are comparing Gigli to Madonna's "Swept Away" and that ain't a good thing.
That's just a botched hair and makeup job. She's really fine as hell. If Affleck wasn't such a prominent figure in the View Askewniverse, I might hate him.
Yeah, I'd like to hangout in that valley there between those magical twin peaks. they say suffocating is one of the worst ways to die but now I'm not so sure.
This thread has been up for 45 minutes and we have yet to see an anti-J Lo rant from Manny. I'm disappointed.
J-Ho is overrated. Turn on ANY of the Spanish TV stations at any given time and you'll see 20 women that make J-Ho look like Janet Reno.
She looks like a fish in those pictures. Good job btw Mr. Mooch. I read a review at aint it cool where the guy was saying that this movie isn't tailored to anybody in particular. They wanted to make it a "guy" romantic comedy but failed miserably or something. It'll piss off gays because they don't really give a reason why J-Lo's lesbian character would fall in love with Affleck, there are some gorey and violent mob scenes (*spoiler* Pacino shoots a guy in the head and some splattered brains land in a fish tank where the fish begin to eat it), it's rated R, so the teen fans of Affleck and J-Lo can't watch it, and there's no nudity so no reason for guys to waste their time. I gurantee this movie would be a hit if J-Lo showed her ass off for just a second. (i'm not saying women have to be exploited to make money, but if you make a crappy movie, you have to think of something) Also, I heard no celebs came to the premiere.
I've never like her much until recently. In everything I've read about her and the interviews I've seen, she comes across really well. I do think she's over-rated (but that's the nature of a movie star). However, I do see her a little differently.
