We should not trade Steve. Not now anyway... I think recently he has shown some real improvement. I dont know if MJ has shown him some things or he is just getting now, but I like what I have been seeing as of late. Look at his numbers the last five games: Kings 7 pts 13 ast 4 to Nets 26 pts 7 ast 4 to Bucks 23 pts 7 ast 2 to Bulls 11 pts 6 ast 5 to Hawks 24 pts 4 ast 1 to That comes to him averaging 18 pts, 7.4 ast, 3.2 to a game over that stretch and average 26.4 pts a game coming from that position alone (18 pts + (2x7.4) - (2x3.4)). His ast/to ratio has really improved and I have seen some better management running the offense. I have also seen him run the break better. I was at the Nets game and he ran a beautiful break where he hit a trailing Mobley for a nice play. Anyway, just an observation and an opinion. I started to turn my back on him for him doing the same to his teammates during the Super Bowl, but if he keeps this up and maybe add a little bit more scoring within the offense, there is no one better to run this team. Hopefully we'll see some great things after the Allsar break and, if not, maybe then it will be the time to really start talking trade.
