I hated to say this, but you really need to step up during TMac's injury.
Put away your ego, and let us play Rockets ball!

Actually, it's Battier's time or Head's time now.

I have been in denial since Bonzi was banished from the team bench earlier this year. But I am over it now. As much as I think he would have been great for the team and the guy we need to get over the top to win a championship, he's done with the Rockets. I am looking forward to the "positive result" in January that Van Gundy alluded to (actually, any result) so others can accept that he is not an option for this team.

Can we avoid the Bonzi garbage for at least one day? Pretty please? At least until there is one droplet of new information to discuss.

If Bonzi still won't get playing time when Tmac is out, then there must be a war between he and Jeff.

Well this is why Houston signed Bonzi - because TMAC was bound to get hurt at some point.

To hell with Bonzi........He knew what he needed to do when he got here. If he's pouting cause of his garbage deal, that's on him.........If the guy doesn't want to be on the the team, the team doesn't need him.
I say just keep him on the team and don't trade him, we won't get anything next summer in free agency.

Let's hope JVG is big enough to do what's best for the team and put his personal feud with bonzi aside and play him.

How anyone could even remotely think Bonzi is being "wronged" by the Rockets is beyond me.

How many people on the planet make $2M a year for doing absolutely NOTHING? Even overpriced consultants (redundant) at McFlimsey or Vain periodically have to come up with new BS, er, buzzwords, to give the illusion of value to their clients.

Aside from 2 cameos earlier this season, what has Bonzi done to contribute to the Rockets efforts, much less justify his $2M salary? JVG has gone out of his way to provide an "out" for Wells' inexcusable physical conditioning and his apparent lack of (satisfactory) progress to improve his conditioning. By the end of this unfortunate saga, I'm predicting Wells will make "Dinner Bell" Mel Turpin and John "Hot Plate" Williams (LSU, not Tulane) look like they had control of their eating habits comparison.

I wonder if Bonzi's agent is Latrell Spreewell?

His agent screwed him out of the huge contract. He will never get a deal like that again. A shame that he is doing what he is doing now. No blame on JVG. The guy is still making 2 mill for not getting in shape and partying.

luffy you continue to be an idiot. you should say maybe bonzi can defeat bonbons so he can play for his millions of dollars.

have you ever recognized that this situation might slightly be bonzi's fault? no.

It would be good if he used this as an opportunity to get comfortable with plays, knock off some weight, and knock off some rust. He shouldn't complain about playing time or starting.

We're very thin at the 2/3 if T-Mac is out a couple of games. We'll have to go with Head, but then who's the backup? Spanoulis backs up the 2, and Lucas backs up the 1? That's a midget team.

I wish we had Snyder right now so we could comfortably let T-Mac sit for one game, and put up a good roster for a few games without him.
