It's time to start thinking about moving Jalen before the deadline

I am ready to go a new direction.

 

No team in NBA would want a player like Green with almost zero basketball iq, does not know how to pass, can not dribble.
l dont care how much he scores and filling empty stats, 40 points, 50 points. He can not play structured basketball.
Coach is not Silas anymore, we are playing for play inn position and we need to win, we need a mature SG player in his position, l dont say we trade him, but performance is concrete, he has to earn his minutes.
Draft position of a player should not be the automatic reason for him to start, l want to see an allaround game from him.
Last night, Sengun and Fred was sitting, Green was handling the Ball, in short time 6 turnovers, stupid decisions, shooting bricks...
When Sengun and Jabari are in their off days, at least they bring to something to table, rebounds, asists,hustle etc, what does Jalen bring?

Pacers wouldn't give up Buddy or Jarace alone for Green/Tate.

Jalen's trade value is a 2nd rounder, which is why he'll return next season.

 

I think Green would net ys Hield if but I think then we would have to commit to giving healed a pretty chunky deal.

Green+Tate+2024 Brooklyn pick+2026 Brooklyn pick with top 5 protection for Hield and Walker seems fair.

Before we trade him, you need to ask yourselves, we're you saying this about Jalen at the end of last year?

Do we need to give him the rest if this year and part of next yr to prove himself?

 

You know, they wear masks when they put that ish on and have air purifiers. My MAIN concern for Jalen is he's not using those when he paints his nails and it's effecting his brain. Makes a lot of sense on why his game has turned to crap and his decision making is horrid. That nail polish is causing brain rot.

That is just silly......if he is bad and not going to get better on our timeline you jettison him for whatever, you don't try to build him up to the detriment of the rest of the team when you already have better player ready to play.

Numbers don’t lie and you’re right about Jalen is one of the worst NBA starter this season in the entire league. At this point the action is starting him on the bench and give him different role to ease him out of the slump (let’s hope that’s the case). Trading him will not get us much at this point so just play him like how Silas treated Sengun.

Remember how it was only this past week he had a first quarter with 11 field goal attempts and it was a throwback to the Silas era and a full quarter of Jalen doing whatever he wanted.
