It's not really the skirt that concerns me -- it's the fact that he also wears heels and hosiery. I'm female and I go well out of my way to avoid wearing heels and stockings. They're damn uncomfortable. Why would a man do it willingly?
stockings can be all bad....but panyhose have to suck! They have to be stuffy inside.....why else would they get so stinky?

I've never worn a skirt, but I'd like to. They have to be really breezy. I'm with Mrs. JB though....no heels or hose. Now....some nice red patent leather boots though.....
Ya know, Dale...it's a free country, so you can pretty much dress as you please. But when you bring your skirt wearing self into the workplace....it's going to disrupt the normal flow of things. I mean come on.....how serious do you think people are going to take a guy that shows up to a business meeting sporting a miniskirt and a pair of hanes. Crossdress on your own time....where your co-workers aren't forced to look at your bony legs all day.
Now in defense of Skirtman his legs are far from bony. In fact, looking at his photos, I'd say he has a shapely set of gams --almost Betty Grablesque.
I never understood the need to make everyone look the same. Guys wear suits. Women wear skirts. Who the hell cares? If you do your job well and get along with people, that's all that ever should matter. Live and let freakin' live.
I'll let you remain the judge of that.....I had no desire to look that close.... So you have no qualms about some of your more obese and cleanliness challenged co-workers showing up in the nude?
