I'm right there with you. I refuse to watch any of those movies. But...it will be my first summer in Phoenix, and I will probably lose my mind because of the heat. Bring Harry on!
500 Days of Summer. Joseph Gordon-Leavitt looks like he's finally grown up and Zooey Deschanel looks terrific as always. Also, Away We Go. The cast looks decent and the trailer looks funny, wondering if Maya Rudolph and John Krasinski can build full-time film careers on this. Nice to see the studios doing a little bit of "counterprogramming" to summer blockbusters, and promoting it ahead of time. I guess I'm also excited about that "Fisher King" remake "Jamie Foxx is Homeless and Ironman Fell off His Bike," which is scheduled for 4/24 but probably won't finally be released until summer.
Lol I have never seen a Star Wars movie neither. Guess I was I wrong about the Harry Potter thing, you and 2 others are like me then.
Star Trek Black Dynamite (September 9, but that's the closest thing to a summer movie that I'm actually excited about other than Star Trek) Wolverine (I've already heard things I have slight issues with. I need to stop approaching these from the comics nerd perspective.)
The new X-Men should be awesome. I can't really think of any movies off the top of my head, but I know there are some already to come out in the summer that are intriguing.
