Anyone seeing this? it's in overtime number 4...

    No shootout in playoff hockey...

Talk about endurance and/or gluttons for punishment!

Shots? 75-47 in favor of the Stars, tied at 4.

Canucks won it. 5 - 4 in 7 periods at the 18 mins. in mark I think..

Commentator said, "Man... that's a rusty skate blade to the testicles for the Stars."

    What?

I watched until right at the end of the second OT. Funny thing is, I woke up at 2:00 to turn the tv off and it was in commercial. If I would've waited a few seconds, I probably would've continued watching the game.

    I love playoff hockey.

Back when I was single...I stayed up for Every Stars Playoff OT game...sometimes until 4am...yes...even the the 2OT Stanley Cup winning game against Buffalo...great stuff. Hockey players have to be the Toughest Professional Athletes in America. I remember Modano playing in one playoff series with a fractured wrist..taped up. bust your head? just sew it back up in the lockerroom and come back out..no problem. sprained ankle...just tape it up and get back on the ice..

I remember my Flyers playing something like three 3 or 4 OT games against Toronto in the same series.

The local paper on the West Coast missed the score for the first time I can remember. Game ended at 12:30 am, and the paper's at my door at 3:30 so I guess it's understandable.

Must be tough living on the East Coast and not getting your scores and writeups in the morning. What did people do before the internet?

You could feel the burn in the players legs watching the 4th OT. A double header. And then some. Love it.

I was up for the whole game. I would have been so disappointed if the Canucks had lost...

    ...what a game!

That was an insane game, I can't believe it lasted as long as it did! Tough loss for the Stars, with that many shots on goal the % would have been in their favor to score and win

They've been showing it on TXA 21.

I watched games 5 and 6 and this is turning out to be one hell of a series. Turco with 2 shutouts in a row. I can't wait for tomorrow night!

There is nothing like NHL playoffs. It's so much fun!

You need a team to root for, that's all.

NHL playoffs is ten times more exciting then the NBA Playoffs (at least as the first round is concerned). MLB playoffs I only watch when the Astros are playing, and NFL is in it's own class because it's only a one game series. I can live with myself if I miss some NFL playoff action.

But to tell you the truth, I don't care about the NHL regular season. I really wish Houston had a team though.

They are real men, that's for sure. They play through any injury. Morrow was playing with a broken arm and after a cheap shot pretty much broke his leg. He was hopping around and still found a way to make it to the Canucks bench and started punching that !@#$%

    Unbelievable! I love this sport

I always think of the team when I see your moniker. Just because the Flyers are my NHL team and the Phillies' mascot is the Phillie Phanatic so there's the Philadelphia connection.

What does it refer to? Dayton Flyers?
