I can think of some very positive things this past season-

    1. Sent Steve to the lottery and we hit it- #1 pick
    2. Drafted Yao Ming- immediate global impact for Rocks
    3. Yao turned out to be a great personality, a very talented big man, a fit with the team, a proved himself to the rest of the league. Possible ROY
    4. Yao and Steve start all-star game
    5. Mo Taylor came back from his injury to show he still can be very valuable off the bench.
    6. Cato- played with heart and gave effort that most didn't think he had.
    7. Steve accepted Yao, accepted changes in his role, tried to improve as a team leader and did not once flash a bad attitude about the changes that were asked of him.
    8. Rudy had a cancer diagnosis that was very treatable.
    9. The organization pushed to market the product
    10. Except for Dallas they showed they could beat contenders.

Yes there are some big negatives left hanging-

    1. Are these players in or out? EG, Mobley, Boki (they were disappointing this year)
    2. Will Steve become the leader to take us to a championship, I don't think that was answered this season.
    3. What is the cause of the inconsistancy of this team? I am not sure Les has the answer and I hope he sees it before he decides how to approach the off season.

Nothing is perfect until you win it all- Did I leave out something?

You left out that the fact that the cause of our inconsistency is a complete lack of an offensive system / gameplan. Sure we have one, but it is not effective in the least.

How do you know Boki was disappointing this year? He played like 5 minutes.
