The rest of the team is standing out there again waiting for him to create for them, and he can also play less minutes and come in after all the oponents' players have wasted some of their energy. It worked when he first came back from being injured. What do you guys think?

I don't think you are serious. Starting lineup without Yao and McGrady. Can you imagine it? But that's not T-Mac's fault, other players just have to run, the ball has to move.

Well, if he's too tired to win, then yes, sit him down.

Are you too tired to play is useless information. Are you too tired to win is the question.

Our results would be no different in the last 2-3 games with or without T-Mac.

We would have season low in pts if T-Mac wasn't out there to begin the game.

that has not been the case when he has been out resting in the last 3 games, the bench is coming out and delivering.

I do not see us wasting leads when Tmac is out resting, actually the bench keeps the point difference and add to it most of the times.

Tmac starts but if the offense doesn't flow then bench him..I'd like to see bobby jackson and head get more minutes and use novak more when defenses are collapsing as they are...Problem is Tmac gives up on a drive before the D really commits

You mean reduce his minutes, and still start him?

If he says he is tired, rest him. He is not being very productive out there. Rest him nice. All eyes would be upon him after he has like a week off only playing 20 some minutes a game.

Yep, being doubled constantly - having someone shadow you as soon as you get a step on your defender - and being blitzed on the pick and roll means that McGrady isn't trying.

    From Rick Adelman's own mouth:
The reason we are losing is because we have no one the defense respects outside of McGrady. They are taking him out of the game, and no one has been stepping up to take the pressure off of him.

Well if he only gets 8 pts then I don't see what the big deal is in trying something else.

It's a shame that anytime the Rockets lose, the GARM gets polluted with these kind of ridiculous threads.

That was the best part of the 22-game win streak. The mindless had quieted down.

Not start T-Mac? And you think he's just going to take that? This isn't NBA 2K. These are real people with real egos.
