    I feel like this is an Onion article, but then I googled it and sadly enough, it's legit. I'm not the biggest fan of eggheads, but cmon now...

    It will depend on what they said. From the article, it says they downplayed the risks. If they said there was no/little risk of a major earthquake while there was risk based on information they had, I can see some punishment. Without knowing what the data was they had and what they said, I don't want to fault Italy's judicial system just yet.
