Is there any way to stil get Rashard Lewis w/o draft picks?

    I am really high on Nachbar and excited to see what he can bring to this team (hopefully notanother Langhi!). Nonethless, it will take him some time to dvelop a total NBA game. Irecently overheard some people discussing whether or not we could get Rashard to man the 3 for the Rox, still. This isn't fantasy talk. I'm really interested if we could still acquire he and his talent, being that he really wants to play here. How pimp would this team be???

    Francis / Mooch
    Mobley / Nachbar / Morris
    Lewis / Nachbar / Rice
    Griffin / Mo-T / KT
    Ming / Cato

    w/ Collier, Langhi, Brown, Torres, Tito Maddox, as reserves....

    Beside the point, Tito is said to be the most talented (physically) point in this draft. If we could get him to grow into the back-up 1 role, could we mov Mooch to the full-time 2 guard bench player???

    i'd think the rox are no longer (very) interested in lewis after the draft. we got a gun player with a small contract/cap hit, rather than a soon-to-be player who wants max money. not the the rox have any spare cash for him after looking after steve & soon EG/ming.

    Now I like Rashard's game and I think would do well with the Rockets, a few things need to be said.....

    1. Rashard is not worth max dollars..period
    2. Boki should fill that role just fine ...at a much cheaper rate of pay which allows you to use your dollars elsewhere.
    3. We are merely a bargaining chip used by Rashard to get max dollars out of Sonics.
