Last 2 games, I saw no wide open layups and Harden didn't get beat backdoor. We played the best defense of the season. Now coincidentally Lawson is back and guess what we forget how to play defense again. I think the team is secretly trying to get Lawson traded.
hopefully not because this team is going nowhere (I mean bonafide contenders) without a fully integrated TY playing about 28-30 mins a game Come playoff time, Harden doing all ball handling and scoring will not work every possession
Why would you doubt it? I'll keep posting it: Lawson and this team is a bad match. He'll be traded as long as we don't get bent over in the deal.

This game was not on Lawson of his defense, Corey Brewer, who came in the game after Lawson was already in game, gave up 14 POINTS to A. Gordon in 7 minutes. Harden had a soso game on defense....this game, TY gave up 4 points to Payton and that was on PnR where Capela pushed too far away from basket
all true. seemed like ty had his best game as a rocket since the OKC game. let's hope he gets some confidence and starts to take and make shots. either he plays well enough to stick with us or for morey to find a taker.
Harden needs to come up with a triple double or near triple double every game to mask his defensive deficiency. Other players are just one way players mostly so yup hard to be much better than mediocre at this point. Last year we were just more hungry and played at our best. And if the best is a close win in the 2nd round then that just may be our ceiling. Sadly if we do not blow up half of our roster.

Capella and Jones too. Capella went 5-5 and was cleaning the glass and got benched. Jones has been playing his best batch of ball in a long time and got 11 minutes? I don't care how much better lawson looked than he has in the past he should not have been given minutes over those two.

He's good bench warmer for Dwight's 8ppg-7rpg outing, while he comes in and plays crazy money and goes 0-6 with 1 steal, bs...
