In the new NBA, he's a smallish point guard. ;)

T Mc G doesn't effect the Draft because he is an unknown , till everyone sees him playing in games. He can play both positions, depending upon his health.

On most teams those guys are interchangeable. It doesn't matter unless the other guy can define the role more. If the Rox drafted JJ he T-Mac would be the 3, if the Rox drafted Brewer or Carney it probably would matter on the switches or on the offensive ends.

Not quite true.... For example on the Rockets, could you imagine Luther Head or David Wesley playing SF?

Ideally, we'd draft a player who can defend both SG and SF. Which is why I don't think Rudy Gay or Morrison would be a very good fit.

On D, TMac can guard 3s or tall 2s.

On O, guarding TMac is the other team's big problem.

To me, TMac is more of a shooting guard. He handles a lot better than a SF, and, defensively, he's more able and capable when he can guards 2s like Ray Allen and when he can close out shooters opposed to just defending post-up 3's.

But on this team, and in his case, the 2 and 3 spots are interchangeable.

Thats because we had a small 2. If you look at Dallas or SA Daniels,Howard,Stack, and Griffin are all 2/3. In SA Manu,Bowen and Finley are 2/3. In a swith situation they are cool beacuse because all are the same size. Even in La Kobe is the 2 and Odom is the 3, but when George comes in it doesn't really matter.

Tmac is basketbally player, try not to get caught up in position numbers etc....

It all depends on matchups, against the Mavs he played as a 4 against Notitski.

He is simply a baller, just like Redick.

    :)

Don't worry. Yao can also play 2 or 3 if possible. He is a deadly long range bomber.

Thinking in questions yields fewer answers than one would've thought.

Um...what about slasher 2's? Frankly, there are fewer SFs in the league that can post-up effectively than SGs that can attack the basket. While TMac may be quick enough to keep up with slashers, it's energy that can be better put toward offense. I'd rather not have him chasing quick 2's around all night.

Why else did we make the trade for Wesley to begin with? Pre-injury, he was a bulldog type player that was able to stay in front of quick shooting guards.

Come to think of it, other than Rashard Lewis or Lebron, I'm having trouble thinking of any other top-tier SFs that even incorporate post-play frequently into their game...let alone have the ability to overpower TMac in the post.

Do you seriously have to reference Reddick in every post? Its really, really annoying. Are you the president of his fan club? If he doesnt have one....you should really start one.
