Yes, in the 6th or 7th. This kid had Lesean McCoy potential before he got injured.

I'd put OT, WR, LB, DB as our biggest needs. We need better starters on the offensive line and at WR, and need more depth at LB and DB (I'm fine with those last two positions if everyone was healthy, but that's never the case). We need serious help on the right side of the line and Walter is a bum and off the team next year.

i'd consider him no earlier than the fifth rd. i'd like to hope that we'd adequately address our needs in the first four rds and through free agency. fifth rounders aren't a lock to make a good team anyway.

that being said, i feel like some other team will probably be thinking along the same lines and there's always that one idiot that takes a guy way before others even consider him.

We don't need to invest in a RB with both Tate and Foster on the roster. We need to draft multiple OL & ILBs

Running back is the least of our worries. Kubiak has shown us time and time again that the back isn't as important as the system. All three of our backs can be 1000 yard rushers with ease in the current system with a healthy offensive line.

TL,DR - No, focus on more important needs.

Rather snag up Alec Olgetree if possible. Dude is going to be a beast ilb, has great vision, tackling skulls, speed, and coverage. Would be a dream situation he falls in our lap.

I'd say in order of significance, LB, OT, DB. The secondary has been shaky after such a solid start and our O-line is nowhere near as good as last year. But with Bradie James starting and Cushing coming back from an ACL, we'd need a young, impact ILB if there is one.

Dude is a top tier, undrafted free Agent for the Texans.

Another team might use a pick on him, but the Texans already have one RB they are mad at for not staying healthy, why draft another when there are more pressing needs such as LB, Offensive line, special teams, potentially TE and the secondary. The team doesn't need gambles right now when we are already set at certain spots.

The New England Patriots will trade down their 2nd round pick, into the early 3rd and draft Lattimore and it will be one of their best draft picks in recent years.

Dude is a dominant runner and would've been an early 1st rounder. He rehabs for a full year and will be ready to go, stronger and faster.

Okay, thread derail, but is everyone on this board so starved for attention that they have to have some shtick with their typing? You with the ellipses, Rocket River with his haiku typing style, the guy with his embedded face photos, Swoly with his emoticons, the guy who types in ebonics, Ronny with his general douchebaggery. Anyone else think this is getting ridiculous? If you have to add some clever shtick to your point, you've already failed.

Stop it with the dots. You're not omitting any words. A simple PERIOD, followed by a CAPITAL LETTER for your next sentence will suffice. You're adding EXTRA characters unnecessarily just for attention. Please stop. It makes your posts hard to read and any point you have to make gets lost.

    Can't people just effing type?!?
