I don't know why Jalen flipped the switch on January 1st, but I'll take it. But, full disclosure: I've been a doubter (not a hater) for a long time. We still have 39 games left to see what efficiency he can maintain. I truly hope this is a long term leveling up.
TBF that's not saying much. We've all seen him explode for a three week period and look like the best guard in basketball, I know he's not maintaining 45% from 3 over a full season, and that's an absurd expectation to have, I just want 38% from 3 and 57-ish % from 2.
He's been incredibly good the past 6 games, but he had an incredibly good 8 games last year before turning back into a pumpkin. I'm hoping this time it's something real and not just a streak. In fairness, it feels different this time, but only time will tell.
