Is it possible to bring McDyess in?

    Is he Texas native?
    He should be a good backup for Yao with big Offense plus good D.
    AB, Barry, Battier, Landry, Dyess is a dominate 2nd unit in the league.
    Yao,Scola, Dyess, Landry is also a nice rotation inside.

    No chance. He will go back to Detroit or to Boston. We don't even have the cap space for it to be reasonable. We are focused on getting Mutombo back. That fills a much bigger need

    I heard that he only wants to retire at Detroit.
    He doesn't want to go anywhere except Detroit.

    That is no chance,he will go back to Pistons,and retire in Detroit,any team get him can have ambition for championship

    I have suggested that. It's true that it's hard to sign him after him being bought out, but we can get him by trade instead. Why not pack shane and gabager head for Mcdyess and some picks. A paint big man is more helpful than a swing defender for our team.
