no it's not just you, he is old. just look at how he runs up and down the floor like an old fart. also don't forget how he totally layed an egg when he tried to humiliate yao one-on-one. and finally don't forget that all he does is jack up line-drive jumpshots from the outside because he can't drive into the paint anymore.
Wow, sounds like you really hate Webber. Playoff and crunch time performance aside, it's impossible not to gawk at the numbers Webber has put up on a year in year out basis since he entered the league, especially since joining the Kings. This is a guy who's career averages are 22 pts, 10.2 boards and 4.3 assists (and 1.75 blocks). For comparison's sake, Hakeem Olajuwon's career numbers, while better, don't dwarf Webbers @ 22 pts, 11.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists, but Hakeem has the 3.09 blocks average. To answer the thread question, yes, he does look old.
Had Dream retired in '99, his stat line would have been 24/12. If Webber gets "I can't retire syndrome" like Dream or Ewing, his numbers will surely drop.
Come on, everybody doesn't look their best everyday. Webber, and I am not gay, is a pretty handsome dude. Alot of girls I know like Webber. In that pic, he does look old. But he still plays like an all star.
That's just a bad photo. Too much "flash" in the photo. This photo was up on ESPN yesterday. Webber looks a lot more "buff" this year versus last year. Chris
