Is it just me or is it obvious the same team is coming back?

    First off I dont see PP opting out and now that were looking to sign Brad Miller and Mike Miller I think were going to take one more run with this team. Overall Im fine with that because this unit has brought us to two NBA Finals and has one us one. We will go into the season/playoffs as Doc as the coach and this lineup

    Perkins/Miller
    KG/Davis/Rookie forget his name
    PP/Miller
    Ray/Tony or Miller
    Rondo/Avery

    Overall thats not a bad team and Im sure we will sign 1 or 2 more guys. The biggest loss we might face is Thibedou as I think he had a big impact in the playoffs.

    Im not sure if this will happen but I can guarentee u LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh are not walking through that door so unless you want to settle with a Carlos Boozer or Rudy Gay I say give it one more shot!

    wrong forum? And if you're gonna create a celtics thread include "Celtics" in the title. This is a rockets board so when you talk about the "team" without telling who the team is people assume you're talking about the rockets.

    Seriously though, this belongs in the NBA Dish, and try and include "Celtics" in the title next time. And yes, I think you're right......there probably won't be much of a change to the Celtics this off-season, outside of perhaps letting Ray Allen walk. Peirce isn't going anywhere, and you guys are definitely not in the running for any of the good, young superstars in free agency. Personally, I think the Celtics window has shut, and Thibodeau's departure will only accelerate that process. But, if Rondo continues to progress at the rate he is, he's going to be fun to watch for a long, long time.

    Thank goodness he was talking about the Celtics. I thought that I had missed the Rockets being in two Finals.
