That b*stard stood right in the middle of the AT&T Center, and enthusiastically congratulated the Spurs on being Western Conf Champions. What, the Admiral was shipped to Fallujah or something? If former Spurs are unwilling to represent their former team, WTF does that tell you, Glyde?

What do you think should be his punishment, and will/can you ever forgive him for this? As punishment, I personally think he should be locked in a gym with Rafer and not be allowed to leave until he shoots a worse percentage.

And yes, I am looking for a reason to banish him from existence, Lord knows I've suffered enough through his lack of analysis on Rockets broadcasts...BRING CALVIN BACK!

I believe everyone loves a winner but seriously that is all for the NBA since he is representing the league as one of the Legends that goes to the games during the playoffs. I for one do not like the Spurs and living down here in deep south texas(Rio Grande Valley) is hard because this part of Texas the majority down here are for the Spurs  I can't wait till the Duncan era dies because I get ill every time the Spurs win in the Playoffs. I will be rooting for the Eastern conference sad to say.

What's so bad about Clyde doing this? It's not like he's going to be presenting the Western Conference Championship to the Rockets anytime soon.

he was enjoying a playoff basketball game and was spotted by the people at ESPN. He was then asked to present the WCF trophy b/c no other San Antonio great was at teh game. I'm assuming he didnt want to be an ass and say no so he did it. He was being a consummate professional

Ya know what's stranger - is that Spurs fans would even WANT Clyde Drexler congratulating them.

It's like John Stockton coming out and doing the same whenever we win the west down the line...we wouldn't want that. I'd be, why is John Stockton who I hate congratsing us?

Why is Clyde Drexler, who was part of the team that embarrassed the Spurs out of the western conference finals congratsing the spurs? I can't imagine Spurs fans like it.

I believe the Ice Man was in the damn building. The Ice Man will be the GM for the NBA D League down here in the Rio Grande Valley. I am hoping for a pre-season game next season down here by Rockets vs. Spurs.

I get equally pissed when people cheer for team USA. The only one you are supposed to cheer for on team USA is Battier, just like you cheer for Yao on team China and V-Span in Greece. You DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT cheer for other players on team USA, especially kobe, boozer and deron williams, or you are a traitor.

And what the hell are you doing watching a Spurs game on tv for, traitor? When the rockets season ends, so does the basketball season for Rockets fans, you DO NOT watch basketball after the Rockets stop playing or you are a traitor. Hell, I don't even scrub my dishes with a normal sponge, I use genuine authentic Moochie pubes.

God, I am such an awesome Rockets fan, the best fan ever.

    F minus.

Hey Whatever. Clyde kicked the Spurs' butts when it counted in 1995. Offering congratulations to the Spurs will never change that.

    Clyde's a Houston Rocket, but I wouldn't hesitate calling him a tool.

This clearly doesn't make any sense, but I don't think Clyde is a traitor. That said he really shouldn't be congratulating the Spurs on anything besides being a bunch of dirty euro flopper a-holes. I loathe the Spurs. I hate them much more than the Jazz or Mavericks. I was rooting for the Jazz bigtime in this series, and I hope the Pistons get revenge for 2005 in the Finals.

    F the Spurs.

Hey at least ESPN placed a 1995 Finals Champions with Houston Rockets as a title...nice to see!!!!!

Clyde sucks at almost everything he does....as a color analyst....as a head coach...as a dancer!! BUT...his momma sure can cook some BBQ.
