Or "Clutch"tino...whatever.....that is what he has been lately.

Who are some of the best 2nd round picks.
I know Nick Van Exel was one.

Mobley is averaging 19.6 PPG and has a current streak of 52 straight double-figure scoring games. Pretty unbelieveable for a 2nd rounder. Mobley was one of the biggest steals ever.

While Anthony Mason is nowhere close to our Cat [IMG], he's a pretty solid 2nd rounder.

I think it was a couple of weeks ago. In SI, MObley had the highest scoring average(19.7) of all active players not picked in the first round. The second highest was Cliff Robinson(18 or something). So, as far as scoring goes, probably.

I'd have to say the best second round pick ever was Jeff Hornacek. Not that he's a better player than Cuttino WILL be, but he had an absolutely AMAZING career considering that he was a WALK-ON at Iowa State. No one has EVER gotten as much out of so little physical ability as Hornacek.

Baqii, Eric Snow was a late first rounder.

Calvin Murphy is in the Hall of Fame and was a 2nd round pick (albeit 18th overall).

LOL, I remember hearing about Alston. Too bad he plays like one minute per game or something in the NBA. [IMG] As for Cuttino, he is the best imho out of that list since 1995.

Sam Cassell is pretty solid, but right now the nod goes to Cat.

I thought Sam was picked 24th in the first round?
