I'm broke and trying to sell this for some cash, its a iRiver PMP-140 MP3/Video player here's a review about it http://www.cooltechzone.com/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=1538 here's the official site http://www.iriver.com/product/p_detail.asp?pidx=45 a few pics of it still works great, I'd highly recommend to primarily use it as a video player. I'd consider it a video player before a MP3 player. One of the reason why I don't want to part with it, is because it supports DivX/XviD codec. I have about 10+ movies, a season of Heroes/Family Guy/My Name is Earl, music videos, about 60+ albums, and still have about 19 gigs free. I used PocketDivx software to convert the videos which if they are already in divx format, it'll only take like 10 mins or so to format it for the screen and make the files smaller. Battery life is good, it'll last you about 2-3 hours of video. The website says it can do 5 hours of video, but the battery has lost some of its juice, you can find some on Ebay for like $15 for a new battery. It has external speakers so you don't need a portable speakers to let everybody hear. Included is a carrying case, cables to plug into the TV, USB cable, and the original box. I also have the input USB adapter where you can plug in a camera/USB flash drive and copy it to the device itself, the only bad part about it, its USB 1.1, while the transfer from PC to Device is still USB 2.0 if you have any questions, just ask looking to get it for $80, while if you do a google search, these devices used go for around $150+
This is pretty cool. I would buy it from you but it looks like you've been playing Dane Cook videos on it.
ha, it was Employee of the Month, best Dane Cook movie, not that there are many to choose from in the first place
Depends what file type and how big of a file the movie is. Converting a divx/xvid/avi movie will take about 30 or so mins, then transfering from PC to the MP3 player maybe takes a min or two tops. What videos are you looking to convert? I convert my videos of movies/shows that I've downloaded via torrent.
I was just wondering. I don't download movies a lot. But it looks interesting to have. 1 last question. How big is the screen? ( compare it to something. I'm a visual person.) And what type of payments will you take?
I'd say as big as a GPS screen, just a shade under 5-6 inches? diaganolly As far as payment, can't deny cash, what can u do?
I can do Paypal or cash. I'm in League City. Meet up or send? I'm at work Tues-Sun from 9-8. Mondays are my only day off. Let me know what will work best for you.
