It seems like a lot more Muslims die at the hands of ISIS than anyone else, but according to some posters ISIS=ISLAM.

While your logic seems to be "more Muslims die at the hands of Islamic extremists, so Islam must be a good thing" (because being a victim somehow gives what you believe in sudden legitimacy?), the correct analysis is to look at the perpetrators' motivation. That motivation is, to a large extent, Islam (yes, with some other motivating factors playing in as well, power, money, socio-economic factors, yada yada).

The mere fact that many (or most) of the victims are also Muslims does not give Islam any more or less credibility. It is merely a result of the circumstance that the ideology of Islam is logically mainly practiced in areas with lots of Muslims.

But if you look at Bataclan and Bangladesh, not only were most of the victims non-Muslims, but they targeted non-Muslims.

These incidents are becoming so regular that, sadly, people are barely even blinking when the headlines appear.

Obama's Middle East actions have brought us complete chaos. Just another example here.

So Obama leaves thousands of troops there and have them die instead?

I stated that. Do you have a rebuttal for me? Or is that just wishful thinking and you just merely wish that ISIS would not be a entity that the founder of the religion would most likely praise?

So is this a "safe" opportunity to utter "radical militant Islam"?

It's scary to think that ISIS has membership of 1.6 billion.

No, it's just a large portion of those 1.6 billion people were simply born into it and never thought about looking into their religion and assume their common sense and empathy matches Islamic doctrine. It's really that simple. I've stated this multiple time to you.

A few, yeah, for the stability of the entire region. It's a fair trade. Unfortunately Bush signed an agreement to cut bait and run and Obama ran on following Bush's lead and then took credit for it so now we have an expanded ISIS to deal with and people getting slaughtered regularly in the region.

Staying would have been the right decision, but the Iraqis wanted us out so they deserve this happening to them. It was their choice after all.

You're so pathetic. Millions of dead people all over the world because of our irresponsible action of going into Iraq. Dubya and people like you contributed to that.

Staying in Iraq wasn't the right decision. Never going there and invading Iraq because of 9/11, lies and more lies was the right decision.

Then you need to blame "W". He chose to invade.

The invasion didn't leave Iraq defenseless and didn't cause the rise of ISIS, the premature withdrawal from Iraq is what caused those things....and the Iraqis asked for it to happen and 2 different US presidents were fine with it happening to them.

You mean trying to clean up the mess that Bush Jr. created?

No, Obama just continued Bush's policies...which led to the rise of ISIS. It's unfortunate that he's not any smarter than Bush was.

Must be hard being so stupid....

You realize we divided up the Middle East after each subsequent World War for the oil? Seems dividing them along geographic lines, instead of cultural, on top of propping up and disposing of dictators for Western whims was a terrible policy.
