Or...How to loose a domain name in one year.

I bought my domain names and opened my sites on their servers. First year service was great.

At renewal, they said Keep domain name and site for one low price. Cool!

After renewal, they sold the name to someone else and it's going to cost me $700 per name to get them back.

(they said their automation didn't work right (no fault of theirs:( ), and is still going to cost me $1400

You can't believe how much of a bind I'm in for loosing two domain names of clients. This absolutely S*CKS!!!!!!!!!!

This is just a HUGE note for anyone thinking of joining them. DON"T

Can anyone out there suggest a legal approach...Max?...anybody?

Or am I just SOL and be better off cutting bait?

    RR

I had a bit of a struggle with iPowerweb a couple of years ago. I have no legal input.

If you are looking for an alternative, go to GoDaddy.com.
