ipod screen cracked: need help with repair options

    Damn! I accidently dropped my ipod nano (5th generation) in the parking lot and cracked the screen. Everything still works and plays just fine, it just looks ugly as crap.

    I want to get this screen fixed but I'm looking on google and some repair places charge from $25 up to $75 for the glass replacement.

    Anyone have experience sending their ipods in for repair and were completely satisfied? I don't feel comfortable mailing it in, so local places would be great. If I have to ship it, then I will. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    And yes, I will get a case for my ipod to avoid this from happening again. :rolleyes:

    They are so cheap now if I were you I'd just buy another *errr* wait till around Christmas time to see what new model comes out.

    75 bucks? meh, If it still works just wait and buy the newest one.
