    Seriously. I will not.

I was reading through the new "agreement, terms & conditions" of using my iTunes Store. At page 70 (yes, I went through 70 pages, and then caught this), it says the following:
Really? Well, what if I want to make OTHER kinds of weapons?

Do they ALWAYS put these things into these "agreements"? I thought it was HILARIOUS :D . There are 71 pages, FYI.

Most ridiculous is traveling and filling out custom forms checking the box for 'Are you a terrorist?' and 'Are you transporting illegal weapons?'

I think it's meant to document that Apple understands that the device could be used for remotely detonating or guiding makeshift explosives and weaponry, but that that is not the intended use. I wonder if a good plantiff's lawyer or trade regulator could probably exploit the absence of such language.

iTunes is a piece of ****. I can barely get music onto my ipod without clicking a hundred places, much less design, develop, or produce a nuclear missile!

Plus the missile I wanted to produce wasn't nuclear, it was a non-nuclear Trident Missile, so iTunes should be ok for that.

Reminds me of the time I was pulled over for doing 61 in a 55 zone. The cop's second question (first was asking why I was in a hurry) was if I had any bazookas or rocket launchers in my car.
