You know what? I can't find anything bad to say about them either. This place has turned into a b****-fest and I expected more because the board is so well run with so many great contributors. It's just not fun reading the thousands of posts all you whiners write about how every player except T-Mac is worse than any alternative. Grow up. JVG might be leaving: TAKE HIS JOB, basketball genius. All you have to do is show Les Alexander all the brilliant posts you've written, and you will get to usher T-Mac and not-Yao past the first round all the way to the finals! Think of it: you, in the locker room, pouring champagne on your fantasy basketball lineup. Agreed. This board is now overrun by whiners and complainers. This isn't the same community it once was anymore. I used to read all the topics because they were fun to read and informative. Nowadays, I just skim through all the negative topics to try to find something worthwhile to read through. Unfortunately finding an actual good topic to read hasn't happened too often now.

i'd like to add to that. please people, learn to be objective. on top of all the "(insert rockets personel here) sucks" comments, throw on top of that trade proposals that are absolutely r****dED (cluth mentioned this in his merged thread). nobody will give us their best players for our worst players. tmac is great, but he's not better than kobe. quit being a homer. yao is great, but he has some faults too. faults that hurt the team. just acknowledge this kind of stuff guys. clutchfans is supposed to be THE ELITE. but when posters just spew this kind of blind homer-ism, it makes it hard to take anybody seriously.
Quick, someone forward this post to Alexander and Morey! I think we have a new candidate for head coach! I am fan because: I love the Rockets, the coach and all the guys. I come here to enjoy the Rockets. Winning would be great. But it is ironic that all the JVG- and everyone-else-haters on this board are exactly LIKE JVG: never satisfied, always grumpy, unless the team has just won the championship. GM: NOT Carroll Dawson Assistant coaches: NOT Charlie Ward, NOT Tom Thibodeau, NOT Steve Clifford, NOT Andy Greer If the coaching change goes through, we'll have a new GM, a new head coach, and all new assistants. Combine that with the probability that the new GM will want to make a few moves to flex his muscles and we're most likely looking at a drastic overhaul taking place all around the two key pieces, T-Mac and Yao. For better or worse, this will be a VERY different team next year.
Good post but you cannot say Jeff is OK. He is a good coach and a like him but he sucked in the last playoffs. He thought only about defense and you saw: Rockets were struggling ofensivly. I know we can't blame only Jeff but he is a coach! He should do a better job of preparing us comming into PO. Looks like Leslie realy thinks about another coach. Earlier i thought Jeff would stay in Houston but know I'm not so sure.
Battier does not suck, Yao does not suck, Hayes, does not suck. Why is everything thinking this problem is cured by subtraction and not addition? To all the haters out there: STFU. Please STFU, or suffer the consequences that those did when they criticized bluntman and chronic.

You can not lay all the blame on the fans, the team has not done well for a decade now, what fans would'nt just lose it after their hearts are broken every season. I advise that if someone does not like a thread just do not reply to it and the less replies it gets the lower it will be rated until it dissapears off the site. That is how you treat it but if you reply and flame everyone, that will only add to the fire and make it last longer in the main page.
