    He said his teeth went through the mouth guard? That is crazy, I only played high school football but those things are tough. You have to boil them so you can make imprints but I would imagine they have better ways.

    I admit I didn't watch this team because I thought they would suck, a big Yao fan so with him out I didn't think this team would have a fight. But I was so damn wrong, this team is actually more fun to watch than before, they try hard and play tough. The landry interview is indicative of the attitude this team brings day in and day out.

    I also have to admit Hayes is not a scrub, I have said he was many times before that he was, I was wrong. He may not be a starter on a championship calibre team but he's a great off the bench guy.

    Man...looks like Tracy's PR team have put the clamp on him. That whole "Play Me" bit from a few weeks ago must not have been selling well with potential teams that may want to look at him next year.

    RA: No, he seems fine. He went through practice..seems OK. Didn't talk at all which was pleasant too.

    The best one was when the reporter told coach that Carl said he would be out there tomorrow trying to take a charge...

    and coach says...

    "It'll be his first"

    I couldn't figure this joke out. I see it two ways:

    - Adelman doesn't think Landry draws charges well, OR...
    - Adelman thinks the refs always call a blocking foul on Landry.

    It means Carl is never in position to TAKE a charge... so if he actually did it would be the first one. :)

    Yeah, I think it was a slight diss on Landry's defense, but in good nature.

    That said, the play that Dirk ran into him was clearly a charge. :mad:
