My internet been acting gay lately, Im surfing the net and sundently it stops working. I can't even chagne page or site. I even open up a new tab and still wont load. Sometimes it gets mute. The only way it gets fixed is by closing the browser and opening up a new one. It really gets annoying after a while. Please help

Could be your ethernet card.. only way to tell is to try on a different browser and see if the problem still occurs.

If one browser is buggy, try using another browser and test if you have the same problem.

    My preference is Google Chrome.

I tried that once and wasn't really feeling it. Is there any other browsers similar to IE.

The point was just to test your internet on another browser to see if its an issue with IE itself or some greater problem with your hardware on the computer.

You can also use Firefox or Safari.

I used to have this problem with my work computer while using IE. I never came up with a solution for it though. I looked around and the only suggestions I ever found were to clear temp internet files, cookies and everything. It worked temporarily but then happened again a few days afterward so I gave up.
