Internet Explorer 6 Question

    I got a new laptop last week with IE 6 pre-installed. However, for some reason, I cannot get popup windows to come up. I went to the Tools menu, clicked on Popup Blocker, and chose to turn it off, but I still can't get my popups to come up.

    Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

    Do yo have the Google or Yahoo toolbar installed? Both of those have their own popup blockers.
