Do you think Yao Ming should compete in the 3 pt contest. I think he would have a legit shot at winning it. That would be awesome to have a 7'6" center win.

No way. I pray to God that Yao does not have enough 3-point attempts to qualify. Leave that to the guards- I'm completely fine with him posting up and scoring inside.

His release is way to slow!! it would also take him to much time to reach all the way down and grab a ball from the rack!!

I would like to see Yao shoot heartbraking 3's when it's late in the game and the other team is making a run. Picture this.
Bill: The Lakers are making their run folks, they've cut the lead down to 4 with 36 seconds left.
Calvin: The Rockets need to keep their composure and take good shots here late.
Bill: 30 seconds on the game clock, Steve brings the ball down ,finds a wide open Cat on the wing for a 3, no. Long rebound to Nachbar.Nachbar finds Steve, who loses the ball off his foot, it rolls out to Yao at the 3 point liiiiiiine. Yes!! Oh, what a cold-blooded shot by Yao Ming!, he pushes the lead out to 7.
Calvin: Woo! Play ball with em' big fella!! That young man can play ball Bill. Give me back my cookies.

    :D I can't wait!

Yao Ming has no business shooting 3 pointers. He's better off to go inside, tip in misses, release some rainbow sky hooks and grab offensive boards. Leave that job to the guards.

Oh Yes let's just make Ming another standard center and not use the many skills he has. The man can shoot it would not make any sense to take that away from him. Shooting from outside can also bring the other teams center out to him opening up his passing skills.

    :D :D :D :D :D

i like to see him in that 3 on 3 thing. He would be unstopable.
