I've recently started reading up on inspiration and leadership books. Before I started reading them, I would never have imaged me becoming a leader. Now that I'm reading them, I see a very significant difference between a leader and a manager.

I started with Rich Dad, Poor Dad, which taught me a lot about finances and being a passive person in the business world. I really recommend reading this book. It will not make you a wealthy person overnight, muchless in your life time. It will teach you the differences on the old school teaching and what we should be learning as young adults.

Anyone else have some good books they might recommend?

"The Millionaire Next Door" - a book that tries to teach you that few people become millionaires by acting and spending like millionaires. Or how a guy making $35-$40k a year can become a millionaire by the time he retires whereas a doctor making $250k may not.

I've heard a lot of people reading the "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" book. I may have to buy it with all the recommendations that I keep hearing about it.
