David Aldridge was talking about rumors going around the NBA and said that Cleveland was trying to send Snow to Houston

I think Snow would be a good addition, but his contract scares me

Don't need him now, unless we plan to use him/Barry in a package for a 4 trade.

    Is "Talyor=Snow+2nd pick" acceptable?

Snow would be a good pickup, but I like Sura at the point right now.

I really hope we don't get Snow. He absolutely gives us nothing that Sura doesn't give us at 1/3 the price. Snow isn't a good shooter, which is what we need above everything else. He can create a little, but the rest of his game is mediocre or worse. And we don't need more creators on this team. We need guys that can make open jump shots, or active big men that can help out on the boards.

    Just say No to Snow.

That is good news. Here's hoping that the rest of the team gets peddled for some grocery store items.

DA said Houston is interested in Snow because he is a "defensive PG" and a JVG type player..... :(

We did get rid of a PG. Our roster is now more balanced.

I wouldn't even do MoT for Snow. Snow's got 5 years left including this year, like Juwan Howard. I'd do something involving Howard for Snow. Howard for Snow straight up works.

Or, if they chipped in Luke Jackson as "sweetener" for taking Snow's contract, I'd be interested.

    DA's exact quote was...

"Cleveland was HOPING Houston would be interested in Snow because he is a defensive-minded, tough PG to play under JVG, but Houston is trying to shop everyone down there right now."

He came off as if the Cavs are having a hard time dealing Snow due to his contract and were hoping the Rockets would make a deal but the Rockets are not interested.

I have never suggested that we need to fire JVG.... but if this deal goes through because of him, then you better scoot over on the bandwagon. Bringing in Snow and his fugly contract would be the last straw for me.

    JVG MUST BE STOPPED!!!

what do they get for taking howard? i think straight up is fair enough for both.

they can't find anyone to take his contract and neither can we with howard. makes sence for both.

I heard the 610 night shift talking about JVG wanted to tighten up the rotation (i.e. the Rox may be too deep and he wants to juet get rid of some of these players who don't have any heart but do have longer contacts)

One of our big problems is our PGs not being able to knock down the outside shot. Teams sag off of our PGs and just wait for the the bricks to rain down. Snow will not fix this problem and he comes with another horrible contract. NO THANKS!

Only way I'm interested in Snow is if we can get Gooden in the deal.

    MoT/Jwan + crap(picks, scrubs, whatever) for Snow + Gooden.

    Otherwise, no thanks.

I'd do it if they threw in Luke Jackson.

Wow... if we get snow for MoT/Howard, we are getting older and older as a team
