Though Yao did throw it down quite a few times, does anyone have a comparison for the points scored in the Paint? It seems like time after time it was just another Maverick cutting through the lane and laying it up... Also did Deke play a SINGLE minute? The man was huge last game and I don't recall seeing him at all really tonight... what was with leaving Yao in through the very end of the game, hoping he gets hurt and can't play for the Chinese National Team or something? Great season guys... Proud of our players, coaches, and staff. Can't wait for next season, great things are coming our way...
After Yao picked up his first foul after just 59 seconds, I think he was gunshy about defending the paint for a while.
