    I'd guess s/he lost control on snow and ice. One moment you're trying to correct, just trying not to damage your car and need a tow truck in bad weather...then the over correction and fatal bounce off the first truck and you're now watching your life pass in front of your eyes. Going from oh **** don't lose it...to AAAHHHHHHHHHH

    From what I've read, there are problems with car insurance scams in Russia so some people drive with dash-cams to prevent it.

    Yeah you are right... It looks like the blood spilled from the driver side window.
    One of those moments that can cause alot of time to recover mentally for the drivers/cops/ambulance who saw this..... The day itself was just sad and down.........
