I'm not a race fan, but I'm watching some of the Indy 500. Hats off to ABC for something I haven't seen before. When they go to a commercial they keep the race going in a box and the commercial in another box so that you don't miss anything that might happen. I can't remember a network doing this before.
I stand corrected...maybe they just do that off an on, but they just left the race to show commercials with no boxes.
i heard honda supplied the engines for all the cars, should be interesting, nobody has a technological advantage anymore, at least enginewise.
I flipped it over after the F1 Monaco GP ~ it's like going from jets to prop planes, but the Indy 500 is always interesting.
Danica Patrick is having a strong race - she would be two laps up on the entire field ~ unfortunately she keeps having to pull over and ask for directions to the finish.
I really thought Danica was going to take it after that final caution, but that final potty break really cost her to much time.
I thought Danica would have won if not for losing her lead because she had to apply her make up on lap 486.
