    hey I'm just curious. When will we recieve those tickets? I purchased mine when they went on sale. Do you ship them a week or so before the game or something? If not, when?

    I'm not that worried about it. I was just wondering. I was sitting here at the computer anyway, just thought I'd post it on the BBS.

    Tim,

    This is kind off the Thread Subject, but didnt want to open a new thread to ask, but I got an email last week about getting a tour of the Rockets Locker room if I purchase a 6 or 12 game pack. I called in about it and talked to Jean about it and he told me that its only for the people that purchase it AFTER the email was sent out (10/9). So if people like me bought the 6 pack from lets say back in August, we are not qualified?

    Heh. I really don't mind. Every problem we know about is one more that we can address. I'm much more concerned about the problems that are out there that we don't know about, because we can't address those and we could end up losing a customer over something that could've been taken care of easily.

    That's the way you run an organization right there. Rockets have the best franchise in pro sports. I got my "primetime" tickets last Wednesday, thanks so much Rockets!

    In that case, I think I may mention a "problem" we've had. My dad ordered the weekend and holiday pack a while back. I can't really remember exactly when, but it was before Sept. 4, which is when the charged my dad's card.

    We still haven't got them yet. However, my dad did call somebody and they said we should get them either today, which is pretty much out of the question, or Monday. There may be a problem since we don't live in Houston. (we live about maybe 2 hours away near Victoria, if you know that.) I think my dad said something about the guy on the phone didn't even know where we lived.

    I wasn't going to mention it until Monday or later, but I figured since you said you don't mind hearing the problems and need to address them, I'd mention it.

    Did you receive the info? I still have a good week and a half, but its weird. I call the TC and the ladies there don't even seem concerned about it. They tell me to call back on the 29th if I havent gotten them yet. lol

    CourtCourt, would you mind re-sending yours? I think we've followed up on everything that's been sent my way so far, although since the on-line handles here and people's e-mail/contact information is different, it's sometimes hard for me to mentally check through everything. Send me a reminder, and I'll make sure we check it on Monday.
