Increase in value of Turner sports TV contract with NBA

    I read in the paper in 1st week of November that the latest TV contract between the NBA and Turner increased 10% from previous contract. This is a stupid question, but if the NBC contract goes up by 10%, does the salary cap increase 10% based on % of NBA revenue??? Or does the salary cap increase by 5% or 1/2 of contract value increase?
