I was reading other posts on the NBA draft on espn.com and someone wrote that Nachbar would have been the 4th pick in this years draft and that really he is our draft pick this year.

Do you guys really think he can still be good use for us?

What do you think about him being the 4th pick this year if he was still available?

If he ever had actually played I might have seen enough to offer an opinion. However, I can just offer a hope -- that it is spot on!

coz rudy gives so much attention to guys like the washed out Rice and over-payed sack of crap cato that boki's development suffers. boki is a real good player and a good fit to the rocs, rudy must give him some playing time this season or i will just throw something on rudy to knock his senses! his wasting a good (not to mention cheap) talent!

Didn't one of the insiders say that after Boki's groin injury, he was a little tentative in his play? Also, didn't they say that he reinjured himself after the all star break?

I have a feeling Boki is gonna be one of the sharpest looking players in training camp. Hope he has a chance to shine next year cause he's a great guy with lots of talent. :)

i have a strong feeling he will be the next ginobili or stojakovic. eventhough he doesnt have the 3-point game of peja, he has the quickness and sharp cutting and driving that can make him hard to stop. he'll be like cuttino mobley cuttin except he doesnt make the shot so hard that it would take a miracle to hit.. lol!

    imagine this
    FRANCIS
    BOKI
    POSEY
    =
one hell of a fast running, cutting, driving team!

    A. The Rockets NEVER run, so get over that idea...
    B. Boki looked like a dear in headlights the few times he did play.

I think he could have been the #4 pick this year if he was caming off a solid year in Europe. I still think he is going to be a good player, just don't understand why he didn't get any playing time.

The Rockets are bring him up slowly. The was somewhat of a log jam at the small forward spot. I got this from a AM610 a while back.

This year you should see more of Nachbar. From the highlights that I have seen he can run and finish.

i like yall's optimism regarding boki, but from where does it come?
what has he done to prove to yall that he will be a big help to us next year or that he is even ready to play for that matter? how can it be said that he is just what the rockets need, or that he will be the next peja? we dont know what he can do, but we know that he is pretty slow and not a great defender and not as good a shooter as rudy/rox would have us believe.
i hope he does well, but i dont see it at this point.

Rudy T used to say on the radio talk shows that Boki's really our this year's 1st round draft pick. So that's how I expect him to pan out. He'll play like a 1st round rookie this year. Limited minutes with inconsistent results.
