    As the title states, selling a lovingly used iMac before my move. I'm sticking with Apple though, and just downgrading to a Macbook!

    I'm actually interested in an iMac but am in no hurry to buy one. I've never owned one so am not sure if this is a decent price or not. I just checked Fatwallet and found an iMac 24" 2.8GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 2GB RAM 320GB SuperDrive HD2600 Pro for only $1099 + 2% Cash Back.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but besides for the faster processor and larger screen, this seems to be very similar to the one you're selling. The Apple Care is only $169 and will give me a warranty through June 2012. Doesn't that seem to be a better deal?

    that's a pretty ridiculous price for a 24"

    I'd go ahead and do that if I were you, just be wary of mail in rebates

    I based my price off of what a new 20" costs on apple.com

    Fact I'm going to go ahead and say that online listing is inaccurate. Apple does not make 24" iMacs with those specs listed. So I think it is a 20". Either way a discounted mac is impossible to find... Which makes me question the validity of that rebate.
