You're a very positive guy. This season is turning out to be a disaster for the Houston Rockets. I'm not very thankful for this team right now.
http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=196225 ..and now this? I am thankful for happy puppies that leap over beautiful rainbows and eat flying candy canes out of the air and then Jesus comes down and heals all the sick and dying and everyone gets up and holds hands and loves some great music played by ewoks!
I'm thankful for the Houston Rockets... <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/VcjzHMhBtf0?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/VcjzHMhBtf0?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>
This is ludicrous. I hope you don't go through life like this. I'm all for being positive when things are going well, but sometimes a reality check is in order. We have a 7'6 whose bones are made of glass we have an undersized pg who is out for the next month we have a second year forward who is hitting like 5% of his shots we have an aging "glue guy" who is having the worst season of his career we have a 6'7 shooting guard who can't rebound/play d/set any teammate up we have a backup center who is making 5 million a year for three years, but can't do anything at all we have a lottery pick big man who still looks clueless half the time we have a back up pg who is so out of shape it's crazy and is way overpayed we have another sg who isn't anything close to what he was hyped to be we have (most importantly) a coaching staff that is not taking charge of this team and is letting everything get out of control we have a 3-9 record what exactly is there to be thankful for again?
Gotta Stay Up beat! Good thread Tho I would like to fire Rick, that can wait till the offseason, unless he turns it around
I'm thankful that we have only played 12 games so far this year and have plenty of time to right the ship.
If you allow basketball to get you down and not even permit the ability to be thankful for the good things I would hate to see what happens if a real life tragedy strikes you. Be thankful for the things you go. Sure, we suck as a team, but we could be Seattle for example.
I'm thankful the Rockets won two championships, and rolled over the Jazz while doing it. Suck it Karl! Suck it Stockton!
i dont get it....if this guys is serious, he's posting these positive threads, yet in the jordan and hill sighting thread he says he didnt even have the courage to tell them some inspirational words..... something is very wrong with that picture.
